In order to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time we partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders.
At Anikha Garments we know how important it is for you to maintain your privacy. We will ship out orders in a protected and concealed packaging, and the invoice will not list the contents of the box.
Giving you the freedom to have your order delivered anywhere without disclosing the contents of the package.
We generally dispatch your orders within 24-48 hrs, you may expect the order to be delivered to you within 2-3 days in major cities and 5-7 days in other locations depending upon your pin code.
Once dispatched you will be able to track Your order online. We share you the tracking details via email
Shipping on all orders above Rs. 499 is absolutely free, for all orders below Rs.499 a nominal amount of Rs.100 will be charged for delivery.
We charge a nominal convenience charge of Rs. 35 on all Cash on Delivery orders. This charge shall not be levied if you opt for any prepaid mode such as Debit/Credit card, Net banking or Credits.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases via mail

FOR ORDERS WHICH ARE YET TO BE DISPATCHED:
Simply let us know by any mode as mentioned above and we will take the cancellation request.
Any refund arising out of cancellation shall be done on the same “working” day, the credit shall reflect in your original source of payment within 3-5 days time.
FOR ORDERS WHICH ARE ALREADY DISPATCHED:
If a cancellation request is received for a prepaid order post the order is dispatched, you will receive the complete refund once the shipment is returned to Anikha Garments
